North Charleston’s drug-free, surgery-free pain relief clinic — built around four credentialed providers, six integrative therapies, and 18+ years of treating the Lowcountry’s toughest cases. Whether your spine is locked up, your nerves are screaming, or your inflammation just won’t quit, our team is the one you’ve been looking for.
Why Patients Choose Charleston Pain Relief Center
We’re not a one-trick pony. We’re a fully integrated wellness clinic built around the idea that drug-free, surgery-free pain relief works better when you stack the right therapies together. Here’s what makes our practice different from the chiropractor down the street or the IV bar in the strip mall.
1. An Expert Team with Advanced Certifications
Our skilled practitioners are certified in a wide range of specialized therapies — neuropathy care, EBOO therapy, ozone therapy, Class IV laser therapy, regenerative medicine, and chiropractic care. We invest in ongoing education so you receive the most effective, up-to-date treatments available in North Charleston, SC.
2. State-of-the-Art Therapies Under One Roof
Most clinics offer one or two services. We offer six therapies under one roof: SoftWave TRT, PEMF, Class IV Fast-Acting Laser, NEO Red Light Therapy bed, Hill-DT spinal decompression, and Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation (EBOO). When your body needs more than one intervention to heal, you don’t have to drive to four different clinics.
3. Personalized Care Plans for Every Patient
Every patient is unique, so every treatment plan is too. We take the time to listen, evaluate, and then build a stack of therapies around your actual condition — not a one-size-fits-all package. Auto accident patients, neuropathy patients, post-surgical patients, and longevity patients all get protocols built for them.
4. Compassionate, Patient-Centered Care
Your comfort is our first concern. From your first visit, you’ll experience a welcoming environment with same-day appointments, on-site parking, and a team that treats you like family.
5. Proven Results Backed by 377+ Five-Star Reviews
377+ verified five-star reviews across Google and other directories. Real patients, real outcomes, real before-and-after stories. We’re proud to share them.
6. Convenient North Charleston Location with Flexible Scheduling
We’re located at 2294 Otranto Rd, North Charleston, SC 29406 — easy access from Mount Pleasant, Summerville, Goose Creek, West Ashley, Hanahan, Ladson, and Daniel Island. Same-day appointments and on-site parking make it simple to get in.

He’s been a consultant for professional sports teams, served as NFL chiropractor for the Philadelphia Eagles, treated members of the Philadelphia Orchestra, and coordinated for the Special Olympics. He’s certified by the American Medical Association in impairment ratings and independent medical exams. Dr. Drake Bechtel, DC — Chiropractor
Doctor of Chiropractic · Palmer College of Chiropractic (honors) · BS Human Physiology, University of Iowa
“Living healthy and pain free is not luck. It’s a process. What you eat. How you think. How you move. My job is to restore motion and balance in your spine so you feel better and function better.” Dr. Bechtel earned his Doctor of Chiropractic with honors from Palmer College of Chiropractic after completing his BS in Human Physiology at the University of Iowa. Outside the clinic, he stays active with calisthenics, cooking, jiu jitsu, reading, and exploring new places.

She graduated with honors from South College’s Family Nurse Practitioner program after building a foundation in progressive care nursing across multiple clinical settings. Patients drive from Augusta, Charlotte, Atlanta, and as far as Texas to sit in her chair for full-spectrum EBOO — one of the most advanced ozone therapies on the East Coast.
