EBOO Therapy Β· Chronic Inflammation

EBOO Therapy for Chronic Inflammation

Many Chronic Inflammation patients explore EBOO as an adjunctive option alongside their primary care. Here’s what we offer at Charleston Pain Relief Center, what the protocol looks like, and what’s required before your first session.

Quick answer: EBOO is an adjunctive option some Chronic Inflammation patients explore. It is not a cure and is not a replacement for the conventional care your primary doctor or specialist provides. At CPRC the treatment itself is 50 minutes; your full wellness day is 90 minutes. Required pre-screening: CBC with Differential, CMP, and G6PD Enzyme Test. Call 843-604-2276 to discuss whether it fits your situation.

Understanding Chronic Inflammation

Chronic systemic inflammation is the common-denominator state behind most modern chronic disease β€” elevated CRP, hs-CRP, IL-6, and a range of metabolic markers that conventional medicine usually treats with statins or anti-inflammatories. The underlying cause rarely gets addressed.

Common symptoms our Chronic Inflammation patients describe

  • elevated CRP, hs-CRP, IL-6 on labs
  • joint pain without specific autoimmune diagnosis
  • metabolic syndrome / insulin resistance overlap
  • stubborn weight that won’t respond to diet
  • skin issues (eczema, psoriasis)
  • GI inflammation

Why Chronic Inflammation patients ask about EBOO

EBOO addresses the inflammatory load directly: the inverted filter physically removes circulating inflammatory debris from your full blood volume, while the ozone-oxygen exposure has been studied for downstream anti-inflammatory effects on cytokine signaling. Many of our patients see measurable improvement in their inflammation markers on follow-up labs β€” but the more meaningful change is usually how they feel within 24–48 hours.

The EBOO treatment itself is 50 minutes. Your blood passes through an inverted filter where medical-grade ozone and oxygen are diffused directly inside the filter, treating your full circulating blood volume in a closed loop.

Required before any EBOO session: CBC with Differential, CMP, and G6PD Enzyme Test. The G6PD test is the critical safety screen for ozone therapy. Lab work is ordered after your wellness call. We do not allow walk-ins.

✨ Make it a true spa day β€” add IV therapy

Optional: many patients add an IV therapy session before or after EBOO for an extra layer of support β€” glutathione, Myers’ cocktail, hydration drips, and more.

Related options for Chronic Inflammation patients

Chronic-inflammation patients often combine EBOO with weight loss optimization (when metabolic syndrome is present) and HRT (when stress-axis dysfunction is driving the inflammatory state). We start with the EBOO wellness day and a follow-up labs review at 4–6 weeks.

Frequently asked questions β€” EBOO for Chronic Inflammation

Does EBOO cure Chronic Inflammation?

No. EBOO is not a cure for Chronic Inflammation, and we will never tell you it is. It is an adjunctive option many patients explore to support their primary care. Some Chronic Inflammation patients see meaningful improvement; others see modest results; some see no change. Outcomes are individual.

Should I stop my current medications for Chronic Inflammation?

No. Never stop or change a medication without talking to the doctor who prescribed it. EBOO is an adjunct, not a replacement for the conventional care your primary or specialist team provides. We coordinate, not compete.

What blood work is required first?

Three panels: CBC with Differential, CMP, and G6PD Enzyme Test. The G6PD test is the critical safety screen for ozone therapy β€” you cannot have EBOO if you have severe G6PD deficiency.

Is one session enough?

Sometimes, yes. The first session is designed to be the biggest single win β€” most patients feel real change in 24–48 hours. Whether one is sufficient or you choose to continue is YOUR decision, made with your provider after we see how your body responds. We don’t force packages.

How do I get started?

Call 843-604-2276 or book a 20-minute wellness consultation online. We’ll review your Chronic Inflammation history, current treatments, and recent labs, and tell you whether EBOO is appropriate for your situation.
