The Drug-Free Pain Relief Center Mount Pleasant Trusts

You loved Mount Pleasant for the active life — the Shem Creek kayak, the I’On tennis league, the Patriots Point weekend walk with the grandkids. Then the back started. Or the knee. Or the burning in the feet. You tried the pills. You tried the injections. You’re still hurting. Most of our patients come to us after everything else has failed. We treat the cause, not the symptom — so you stop managing pain and start living again.

Twenty minutes across the bridge — and the rest of your life looks different. Hop on I-526 West, cross the Don Holt Bridge, take Exit 13 to Rivers Avenue. You’re here. And the patients who made that drive usually tell us the same thing: they wish they’d come sooner.

Why Mount Pleasant Patients Come to CPRC

1. Nine treatment modalities under one roof

Most Mount Pleasant clinics offer one thing. Maybe two. Charleston Pain Relief Center offers spinal decompression, shockwave therapy, regenerative medicine (stem cell, PRP, exosomes), EBOO therapy, Class IV laser, red light therapy, IV therapy, and medical weight loss. When one thing doesn’t work, we have seven more to try before we give up on you.

2. A proprietary protocol refined over 18 years

Our neuropathy and chronic pain protocols combine 5 advanced technologies in one clinic: Class IV Laser, SoftWave Tissue Regeneration Therapy, Red Light Therapy, PEMF, and targeted nutritional support. No other clinic in the Lowcountry combines these modalities the same way. The result is a drug-free, non-surgical approach that gets most patients feeling improvement within 4-6 weeks.

3. We listen longer than we treat

Your first visit is ninety minutes. Most chiropractors would be on patient number four by then. We use that time because your pain has a story, and if we don’t understand the story we can’t fix the ending.

World-Class Regenerative Medicine — 20 Minutes, Not Ten Hours on a Plane

Most Mount Pleasant residents who research stem cell therapy, PRP, A2M, or EBOO end up pricing trips to Panama, Mexico, or the Cayman Islands. You don't have to. Charleston Pain Relief Center offers the same advanced regenerative protocols — minutes from your door, under U.S. medical standards, with local follow-up care. No passport. No 2,000-mile aftercare. No language barrier at the clinic. Click any protocol below to see the full science:
