Your Company Wellness Center is Already Built. It is Ten Minutes Away.
You do not need to buy equipment, hire a therapist, or run a program. Send your people to us. Every technology we own is under one roof at 2294 Otranto Road — shockwave, lasers, decompression, regenerative medicine, PEMF, red light — and your team gets priority access to all of it.
✓ HSA & FSA eligibleA hurt employee is not a medical problem. It is a staffing problem.
When someone on your floor goes down with a back, shoulder, wrist or knee, you are not thinking about their diagnosis. You are thinking about who covers the shift, how long the light duty lasts, and whether this becomes a claim.
Most care makes that worse. Your employee gets a referral, waits two weeks, sees someone who orders imaging, waits again, then gets sent somewhere else for the actual treatment. Three appointments before anything happens to the injury. We are one building. They walk in and treatment starts the same visit.
Pick one person. We will take care of them for two weeks. On us.
No cost, no card, no contract. You choose one employee who has been toughing something out, and we give them two full weeks of care with everything in our building. You get to be the one who finally did something about it.
You already know who it is
A name probably came to mind before you finished reading that sentence.
Three steps. About thirty seconds of your time.
You nominate them
First name and what hurts. That is the whole form. If you would rather let the team nominate each other and pick the winner yourself, even better — people love that part.
We call them, not you
We reach out directly and get them booked, usually the same week. No chasing, no scheduling for HR to manage, no paperwork back to your desk.
You hand them the news
We send you a printable card to give them. That moment is the whole point — and it is the part the rest of the floor hears about by lunch.
What their two weeks includes
Not one treatment. Whatever the injury actually needs, from the full toolkit.
Tell us your company and who you are nominating. We take it from there. Prefer to just talk? Call or text (843) 604-2276.
One employee per company. HSA and FSA eligible if they choose to keep going afterward.
Carpal tunnel: the difference between six weeks and next week
Wrist brace and wait
- Splint, anti-inflammatories, “rest it”
- Light duty while the line still needs covering
- Nerve conduction study, then a wait for results
- Surgical consult if it has not improved
- If surgery happens: weeks out, then rehab
SoftWave, same week
- Seen this week, treated the same visit
- SoftWave shockwave to the wrist and forearm — no needles, no downtime
- Class IV laser stacked in the same appointment
- Sessions run about 15 minutes — a lunch break, not a day off
- Drug-free and non-surgical, so most people keep working through it
That is the whole pitch. Same worker, same injury — but one path takes them off your floor and the other keeps them on it. See how we treat carpal tunnel →

This is the part a company cannot replicate in a break room. Buying any one of these machines costs more than a year of covering your team here — and someone still has to know how to use it.
SoftWave shockwave
Our workhorse for tendon and soft-tissue injuries. Carpal tunnel, rotator cuff, tennis elbow, plantar fasciitis, knees. No needles, no downtime.
Learn moreClass IV fast-acting laser
Deep-tissue laser that calms inflammation quickly. Often stacked with shockwave in the same visit to speed things up.
Learn moreSpinal decompression
For the disc and sciatica cases that keep someone off a truck or a line. Non-surgical, table-based, no recovery time.
Learn moreNeuropathy program
Numbness, burning and tingling in hands and feet — the thing that makes gripping tools or standing a full shift unsafe.
Learn moreRegenerative medicine
PRP, A2M and allograft options for joints that are past the point of rest-and-ibuprofen but not ready for surgery.
Learn morePEMF therapy
Pulsed electromagnetic field work for circulation, swelling and recovery between shifts.
Learn moreRed light therapy bed
Full-body recovery in about 15 minutes. Popular with crews who are simply beat up at the end of a week.
Learn moreMedical weight loss
Physician-guided programs. Weight drives knee, hip and back load more than any other single factor on a warehouse floor.
Learn moreChiropractic care
Same-day adjustments from a four-doctor team when someone tweaks their back on a Tuesday and cannot wait a week.
Learn moreWhat your company gets
One agreement covers your whole team. Your people book directly, come to us, and get treated.
Priority scheduling
Your employees and their spouses get same-week appointments. They say your company name when they book and they go to the front of the line.
Your own booking link
A page with your company on it that you can drop in an email, a break-room poster or your benefits portal. No forms for HR to process.
The full toolkit, not one service
Your employee is not locked into a single treatment. We use whatever the injury actually needs — shockwave one week, laser and decompression the next.
One clinic, one chart
No referral chain, no records chasing, no third appointment before treatment starts. Everything and everyone is in one building.
Spouses included
Family cover costs you nothing extra and it is the part employees actually notice.
HSA and FSA accepted
Your team can spend money you are already contributing. No insurance runaround, no surprise bill.
Corporate Pricing
Company rates are set by the size of your team. Call (843) 604-2276, tell us your headcount and what your people do all day, and we will give you your number on that call.
Not ready for a plan? Start with the free Comeback Pass and nominate one person.

A four-doctor team, ten minutes from your gate
We have been treating Lowcountry workers for more than 18 years — a lot of them from the companies we are talking to now. Your employee is not handed off to a rotating contractor.
And because everything is in one building, the person who evaluates them is the person who treats them, the same day, with whichever machine the injury actually calls for.
If your people move for a living, this is for you
Warehouse and distribution
Case picking, palletizing, cold storage. Backs, shoulders and wrists.
Manufacturing and assembly
Repetitive hand and wrist work, overhead reach, standing shifts. Carpal tunnel country.
Fire, EMS and police
Gear load, patient lifts, long vehicle hours. Career-length wear.
Drivers and logistics
Seated vibration all day, then lifting at every stop. Discs and sciatica.
Trades and shipyard
Confined spaces, overhead welding, kneeling, rigging. Everything at once.
Offices and call floors
Headsets, monitors, eight hours seated. Necks, wrists and low backs.
Yes — we take HSA and FSA
If your team has a health savings account or a flexible spending account, they can use it here. Most large employers around North Charleston offer one and most employees forget they have it. We are cash-pay with clear pricing, so your people know the number before they start.
Worth telling your benefits team: it turns a benefit you already fund into something your people can actually spend.
Questions employers ask us
What is the Comeback Pass, and what is the catch?
You nominate one employee and we give them two full weeks of care at no cost — no card, no contract, no obligation to buy anything afterward. The catch, if you want to call it one, is that we are betting you will like what happens. Most employers meet us this way.
Do you come to our site?
No. Everything we do runs on equipment that lives in our building — shockwave, lasers, decompression tables, the red light bed. Your employees come to us at 2294 Otranto Road, about 10 to 15 minutes from most North Charleston employers. That is exactly why it works: they get the real machines, not a folding table in a break room.
What does it cost?
Company rates are based on the size of your team. Call (843) 604-2276 with your headcount and we will give you your number on that call.
How fast can our people be seen?
Same week. Employees on a company plan say your company name when they book and go to the front of the schedule. For an acute back or a wrist that just flared, that is usually the difference between light duty and no lost time at all.
Does an employee have to use one specific treatment?
No, and this is the main advantage of sending them here. We match the technology to the injury. A wrist might get shockwave and laser; a disc might get decompression; a beat-up crew member might just need the red light bed on a Friday. One plan covers all of it.
Do you take HSA and FSA?
Yes, plus CareCredit and payment plans. We are cash-pay with transparent pricing, so employees know the cost up front instead of waiting on an insurance decision.
Can you bill our workers compensation carrier?
Yes, once care is authorised. South Carolina is an employer-directed care state, which means you and your carrier choose the treating provider and the employee accepts that choice. If you want us on your panel, that is a conversation worth having before someone gets hurt rather than after.
Does this cover families?
Spouses are included at no extra cost to you. It is consistently the part employees mention.
What if we already have a wellness program?
Most wellness programs are biometrics — blood pressure, cholesterol, a health risk assessment. None of that treats the wrist or the back that is actually costing you shifts. We tend to sit alongside an existing program rather than replace it.
