Degenerative Disc Disease
With degenerative disc disease, the rubbery cushions between the spinal vertebrae become damaged and begin to wear away, making it to where the spine cannot properly flex and support the body.
Low Back Pain
Chronic low back pain affects many adults and can cause a great deal of discomfort. Pain can range from mild to severe, and depending on the severity, it can greatly impact your daily life.
Carpal Tunnel
Carpal tunnel syndrome occurs when tissues on the wrist compress the median nerve in the hand. The syndrome results in pain, numbness, and a tingling sensation in the arm or hand. Pain is usually more intense closer to the thumb.
Soft Tissue Injuries
Soft tissue injuries refer to injuries to the body’s soft tissues such as bruises, sprains, and nerve damage. Soft tissue injuries may also affect the muscles, ligaments, tendons, and blood vessels.
Spinal Misalignment
Spinal misalignment can be the result of a number of issues. The spine can become misaligned due to an accident, past injury, tension on the spine, or even emotional distress.
Bulging Discs
Discs are composed of cartilage layers that provide cushioning between the vertebrae in the spine. They absorb shock and support the body’s weight as the spine moves throughout the day.
Foot Pain
There are several reasons why a person may experience foot pain. As such, people whose daily activities are negatively affected by foot pain may wonder what treatment options they have. Depending on the underlying cause of the pain, a chiropractor may be able to provide non-invasive, non-pharmaceutical relief.
Sports Injuries
Sports injuries can take many forms. They can occur from falls, over-exertion, improper form, or incorrect technique. Unfortunately, these types of injuries impact over 3.5 million athletes per year and left untreated, some of these injuries can cause permanent bodily damage.
