Recover Faster. Feel Younger. All Under One Roof.
The Lowcountry’s Recovery & Longevity Center — one place to heal pain, get your energy back, and stay ahead of aging, using drug-free therapies we’ve been delivering for 18+ years.
Tired of bouncing between clinics — and still hurting?
Here’s how it usually goes. Your back hurts, so you see somebody for your back. You’re exhausted all the time, so you look for something for that. You read about staying sharp as you age, so you order something online. Three different places. Three different bills. Nobody talking to anybody.
And somehow you’re still sore, still tired, and still not sure any of it is working.
We put all of it in one building, with one team that already knows your body. The doctor treating your knee is the same team tracking your energy and your bloodwork. Nothing gets lost between appointments, because there’s nothing to get lost between.
Your plan in 3 easy steps
No mystery, no 40-page intake packet.
Map it
Come in for a free discovery visit. We listen, we examine, and if it helps we’ll run a thermal scan so you can actually see where the problem is. You leave knowing what’s going on.
Build it
We put together the combination that fits your pain, your energy, and your goals — not a package we sell everybody. If you only need two things, you only get two things.
Live it
Come in, recharge, keep getting stronger. Most people settle into a rhythm, and membership makes that rhythm easy to keep.
Everything your body needs — in one building
Three jobs, one address. Most people start in the first column and end up using all three.
Heal the pain
Get out of pain without drugs or surgery
Restore & energize
Refill the tank and recover faster
Longevity & aging
Stay ahead of it, on your terms
Who ends up here
Four different people walk through the door with four different problems. They end up in the same building.
“My back has hurt for years.”
You’ve tried the adjustments, the shots, maybe the pills. Somebody mentioned surgery and you’d rather not. You want somebody to actually figure out what’s wrong instead of managing it forever.
“I’m exhausted and I don’t know why.”
Bloodwork came back “normal.” You still can’t get through the afternoon without crashing. Nobody has connected the dots between how you feel and what’s actually going on.
“I want to stay ahead of this.”
Nothing is broken yet, and you’d like to keep it that way. You’re in your 40s, 50s or 60s and you’ve watched what happens to people who wait until something breaks.
“I need to recover faster.”
You train, you work on your feet, or you just refuse to slow down. You want the recovery tools the pros use, without driving to four different places to get them.
What your first visit actually looks like
People tell us they put this off because they didn’t know what they were walking into. So here it is, start to finish.
- You tell us what’s going on. Not a form — a conversation. What hurts, how long, what you’ve already tried, and what you actually want to get back to doing. That last part matters more than people expect.
- We examine you. Hands-on, plus whatever imaging or scanning makes sense for your situation. If a thermal scan would show us something useful, we’ll run one.
- You see it for yourself. We show you what we found and explain it in plain English. No jargon, no dramatic diagnosis designed to scare you into a package.
- We tell you what we’d do — and what we wouldn’t. Sometimes that’s a handful of visits. Sometimes it’s a longer plan. Occasionally it’s “this isn’t our thing, here’s who you should see.” We’d rather tell you that on day one.
- You decide. That’s it. Nobody follows you to your car.
The discovery visit is free and takes about half an hour.
Why one roof actually matters
This sounds like a marketing line until you’ve lived the alternative. When your pain clinic, your energy clinic and your hormone provider are three separate businesses, nobody owns the whole picture. You become the messenger, carrying results between offices that never talk. Things get repeated. Things get missed. You pay for both.
When it’s one team in one building, the person treating your knee already knows what your last panel said. Your recovery work gets scheduled around your treatment, not on top of it. And when something changes, one team adjusts everything at once instead of three offices each changing a third of it.
That’s the entire idea. It isn’t a new therapy — it’s the same proven therapies, finally coordinated.
The people you’ll actually see
Dr. Angela Tharnish, DC

Has been treating pain in North Charleston for 18+ years. She built this place around the idea that people shouldn’t have to choose between getting out of pain and feeling well.
Kayla Blann, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner
Handles the regenerative, IV and EBOO side. If you’re coming in for drips, hormones or blood-oxygenation work, Kayla is who you’ll be sitting with.
Where we are
2294 Otranto Rd, North Charleston, SC 29406. Easy in, easy out, and parking right at the door — no garage, no circling.
Members and patients drive in from Hanahan, Ladson, Goose Creek, Summerville, Park Circle, West Ashley, Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island and James Island. Most are here in 20 minutes or less.
If you’re coming from further out — and plenty of people do — we can stack several therapies into one longer visit so the drive is worth it. Just tell us when you book.
What using it actually looks like week to week
The therapies only work if you actually come in. So the whole thing is built to be easy to keep up with — short, drop-in style visits that fit around a workday rather than replacing one.
A pretty typical week for a member looks like this: twenty minutes on the red light bed on the way home from work, maybe twice. A PEMF session while you answer emails. If it’s a treatment week, your actual appointment — laser, shockwave, an adjustment, whatever your plan calls for. And once a month, a drip if you’re on a tier that includes one.
None of that requires blocking off an afternoon. That’s deliberate. The single biggest reason people stop getting results is that the plan was too hard to keep, so we made the recurring parts self-serve and quick.
Membership or pay per visit?
Honest answer: it depends on how often you’ll come in, and we’ll tell you which way is cheaper for you.
Pay per visit makes sense if you’ve got one specific problem, you want it fixed, and you’re done. Plenty of people come in, get their back sorted out over a few weeks, and we don’t see them again until something else comes up. That’s a perfectly good outcome and we’re not going to talk you out of it.
Membership makes sense when you’re using the recovery tools more than a couple of times a month, or when you’re working on more than one thing at once — pain and energy, or recovery and hormones. Once you’re in that pattern, paying Γ la carte stops making sense fast.
Tell us what you’re dealing with and roughly how often you’d realistically come in, and we’ll do that math with you before you commit to anything.
Make it a lifestyle — the membership
Most people who get results here stop thinking in appointments and start thinking in rhythm. The membership turns one-off visits into one simple monthly plan — so the good weeks don’t depend on you remembering to book.

What does it cost?
Fair question, and we’d rather give you a straight number than a range you have to guess at. Tier pricing depends on what you actually need — so tell us which tier you’re looking at and we’ll send you the exact monthly number, what’s included, and this month’s openings. No forms to fill out, no sales call.

Questions people actually ask
Do I have to be a patient already to join?
No. Anyone can join. Most people start with a free discovery visit so we can point you toward the tier that actually fits — sometimes that’s the smallest one.
Can I cancel or pause it?
Yes. Month to month, cancel anytime, and we can freeze it if you travel or have a stretch where you won’t use it. No long-term contract.
Is this cheaper than just paying per visit?
For most members, yes — especially once you’re using the unlimited tools more than a couple of times a month. If it wouldn’t save you money, we’ll tell you that and you can pay per visit instead.
Can I use my HSA or FSA?
Yes, we accept both. A lot of members use pre-tax dollars for this.
What actually happens at a discovery visit?
You come in, we talk through what’s bothering you, we examine you, and if it helps we run a thermal scan so you can see it for yourself. It’s free, it takes about half an hour, and nobody is going to pressure you into a plan.
Where are you, and who do you serve?
2294 Otranto Rd in North Charleston, SC. Members come from Hanahan, Ladson, Summerville, Goose Creek, Park Circle, West Ashley, Mount Pleasant and across the Lowcountry.
Do I have to use everything to make it worth it?
No. Most members lean on two or three things they genuinely like and ignore the rest. The point is that it’s all there when you need it.
How fast will I feel something?
It depends entirely on what you came in for. Some people notice a difference after one laser or shockwave session; nerve and disc work is usually a matter of weeks, not days. We’ll give you a realistic timeline at your discovery visit rather than a number designed to sound good.
Do you take insurance?
Some services are billable and some are not, and it varies by plan. We accept HSA and FSA for most of what we do. Ask us and we’ll tell you straight rather than making you find out at checkout.
Can I bring my spouse?
Yes, and a lot of members do. Ask us about adding a partner when you talk to us about pricing.
Is the membership the only way to work with you?
Not at all. Every therapy here is available on its own, and most of our patients are not members. The membership just makes it simpler and cheaper if you’re using several things regularly.
